grand luminy

An integral part of the Grand Luminy Campus

The Vaufrèges Campus is an integral part of the Grand Luminy Campus. Membership of the Grand Luminy association offers excellent prospects for development and collaboration in a number of areas:

Studies: catering, university accommodation, student activities (sports, cultural, etc.)
Teaching: ISBA TP is integrated into the milieu of university partners such as Aix Marseille Université’s Faculty of Science, Kedge Business School, Marseille Méditerranée’s School of Art & Design.
Research: The Campus laboratory works in synergy with Luminy laboratories such as those of Aix Marseille Université, INRAE, AFMB, etc.
Entrepreneurship: The Luminy technology park offers incubators to complement those provided by the CCIAMP for students wishing to embark on the adventure of creating a start-up.

Extra-school

An active campus

The Vaufrèges Campus offers extracurricular activities on its campus, including tennis courts, a rest area, ping-pong and table soccer tables, and a pétanque area.

AMU also offers a range of activities through the SUAPS: https://sport-suaps.univ-amu.fr/

Beaches, climbing routes and footpaths surround the Campus, allowing you to discover the region from a different angle.

Partnership

An inclusive campus with local economic players
ISBA TP can look forward to a new and unique partnership with the shopkeepers of downtown Marseille.

Keen to help students discover their neighborhood, the shopkeepers open their doors to our students. This inclusive approach puts students in touch with the local business community, strengthening the school’s ties with the area.

In addition, as a school of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ISBA TP seeks to promote entrepreneurship by organizing dedicated training sessions. Our students wishing to become entrepreneurs can draw on the skills and sound advice of CCIAMP experts.

A campus committed to sustainable, responsible and social development
The Vaufrèges campus is developing in line with sustainable development criteria. Various actions have already been taken in this direction:

Minimization of paper printouts with the development of digital learning platforms.
Innovative language learning methods based on the mastery of sounds and pronunciation.
Learning through mini-projects, enabling each student to make proposals on concrete, professional issues. The teaching staff listens to each proposal and supports the student in its feasibility. The school attaches great importance to building each student’s confidence. Students become the driving force behind their learning!
Confident, motivated and committed, some of our engineering students offer to teach additional courses themselves in areas in which they have become experts through their professional experience, in order to share their knowledge and experience.
