VAE: a controlled process

ISBA-TP has implemented a Validation of Prior Experience (VAE) procedure in compliance with government recommendations: https://travail-emploi.gouv.fr/formation-professionnelle/certification-competences-pro/vae The VAE can be total or partial with a view to issuing the ISBA-TP specialized engineering diploma or the ISBA-TP specialist diploma.

BE A HOLDER

A degree at BAC+5 level.
Professional experience that matches the skills required.
Minimum certified level of English B2.

The key stages are :

Admissibility of the application:
This stage consists in verifying that the applicant has carried out professional activities directly related to the targeted certification.
Submission of complete application
Notification of decision
Support :
Support is optional, but strongly recommended. It begins as soon as a favorable opinion has been issued on the candidate’s admissibility file, and ends, in principle, on the date of assessment by the jury.
Assessment of acquired experience :
The candidate prepares a validation file describing the activities carried out, the work situations and environment, and the skills used. All these descriptions must be linked to the content of the activities and skills required by the reference documents for the certification concerned;
An interview with a panel of judges to complete or clarify the information contained in the validation file.
